You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before the appraiser begins work on your report. Once the appraiser has started research and analysis, the order is non-refundable, as the work is already underway.

If we determine we cannot complete your assignment (for example, a property outside our scope or insufficient available data), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Our Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and professionalism of every report. If your completed report contains a factual error, a data mistake, or a quality issue, contact us within 7 days and we will correct it promptly at no charge, or refund your fee if we cannot.

About the Value Opinion

Our appraisals are independent, USPAP-compliant opinions of value developed without regard to any desired outcome. The value conclusion reflects the appraiser's professional, unbiased analysis of market data. Because our independence is what makes our reports credible and defensible, the value opinion itself is final and is not subject to refund or revision based on whether it meets a preferred result. This protects you: a report that could be changed to suit one party would not hold up where it matters.
