When you place an order through Next Day Desktop Valuations ("we," "our," "us"), we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, company or firm name, and property address. We also collect payment information, which is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We use the information you provide to fulfill your appraisal order, communicate with you about your report, send you a confirmation and delivery email, and respond to any questions or concerns. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment card information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never stored on our systems. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
By placing an order, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your order, including order confirmation, report delivery, and follow-up communications. We use Resend to deliver these emails. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time by contacting us at info@nextdaydesktops.com.
We retain your order information and contact details for a period of seven (7) years for business and tax record-keeping purposes. Appraisal reports are retained for five (5) years in accordance with USPAP recordkeeping requirements.
